Notes for: David FAIRLEY

Notes:
"The Farley's are quite interesting. Their name was originally spelledeither Fairley or Fairleigh and was changed to Farley sometime along theway.
Benjamin who was the head of the branch that went to MO from Ohio keptthe Fairley, but one son John who went to Kentucky changed the spellingto Fairleigh when he moved there so there is a branch there."
- Thanks to Helen Boydston of Corpus Christi, TX, for the background onthe Surname Fairley.

Also:
"....My ancestor, Mary, was a sister to the eldest David Farley youmention. From my research on the David Farley line, it seemed like mostof his descendants that went to MO went by "Fairley". In the past Icorresponded with a number of different David Fairley/Farleydescendants......"
