"Benjamin Dwinell, yeoman, b. 1726, s. of Dr. M.; m. Mary Estes, Feb25, 1750, in Topsfield; then moved to Boxford in 1770.
They resided in Boxfor, Mass, until 1777, when he removed to Keene, N.H., where he resided until his death, July 29, 1805, ae. 76 yrs. and hiswife d. March 5, 1820, ae. 92 yrs."
